How does indoxacarb work?

Indoxacarb’s mechanism of action is that it is metabolized into active DCJW (N-position demethoxycarbonyl) in insects , and interacts with the inactive sodium ion channels of insect neurons. The irreversible combination causes the hyperpolarization of the neuron membrane potential and the increase in the conduction resistance of the nerve impulse, thereby inhibiting the transmission of the nerve impulse of the insect, paralyzing the feeding organ of the insect, unable to eat, and finally death due to the lack of energy supply and the stiffness of the whole body
